We’ll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline, and provide you with a questionnaire beforehand to help us better understand your goals and requirements. This will set the stage for our initial meeting and ensure a smooth start to our collaboration.

SUCCESS CALL

In our success call, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with me, Ben Broughton, owner of Broughton Ryan Limited. I’ll guide you through our framework, systems, and processes designed to make your project stress-free and successful, laying the foundation for our partnership.

SITE MEETING

We’ll meet in person to dive deeper into your project, reviewing the questionnaire and discussing any additional details, needs, or requirements you may have. Please bring along any ideas, sketches, or plans you have, as this will help us tailor our approach and move forward with clarity.

PROCESSING

Once the plans are submitted to the council, we’ll provide you with clear terms of engagement and a sample builder’s contract for your review. We’ll then proceed to provide an accurate price estimate for your project, keeping you informed every step of the way to ensure transparency and accuracy.

ACTION PLAN

After finalising the quote/estimate, we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting to review every aspect of the detailed cost, addressing any questions or concerns you may have to ensure complete satisfaction with the budget.

ACCEPTANCE

Upon acceptance of the quote, we’ll formalise and sign the contract documents, present you with a detailed timeline and program, and agree on a start date. This marks the beginning of our journey together, as we prepare to bring your dream home to life.

MEET THE TEAM

You’ll have the opportunity to meet your dedicated foreman and our friendly team, and we’ll set you up with access to our Buildxact software for seamless communication and transparency throughout the build. This ensures that you’re fully integrated into the process and can track progress every step of the way.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction begins, and you’ll receive regular updates via Buildxact, along with site reports and fortnightly site meetings with me and our foreman. We’ll keep you informed of any variations or changes, updating costings, budget, and timelines promptly to ensure a smooth and successful build.

COMPLETION

Once construction is complete, we’ll engage professional cleaners to prepare your home for final inspection and handover. We’ll take care of council compliance requirements and address any minor issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless transition as you take possession of your new home.
